Harvest the organs of those you've caught and bred in your grimey basement. 

Right click on a person to harvest their organs.

Click and hold on a person to drag and move them. 

More money is awarded for harvesting people in the dissection chambers (the smaller squares) than in the breeding area (the large square).

Filling six of the chambers simultaneously will activate the mass harvest button.

This button harvests all of the people held in the chambers at once and adds bonus points.
